摘　　要：艾滋病相关失眠是艾滋病患者在携带HIV生存过程中的常见并发症之一,严重影响了患者的生存质量。中西医对艾滋病相关失眠研究较少,中医药辨证、耳穴等疗法临床疗效确切。关于该病的中医病因病机尚处于理论探讨阶段,诊断标准也没有形成统一的共识,需要开展大样本流行病学调查与系统性评价研究,建立艾滋病相关失眠中医证型分布规律、证候诊断标准,并进一步丰富中医药、中西医结合治疗的方法手段。AIDS related insomnia is one of the common complications of AIDS patients living with HIV,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.There is less research on AIDS related insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation, ear points and other treatments is definite.The TCM etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is still in the stage of theoretical discussion, and there is no unified consensus on the diagnostic criteria.It is necessary to carry out a large sample of epidemiological investigation and systematic evaluation research, establish the distribution law of TCM syndromes and diagnostic criteria of syndromes of AIDS related insomnia, and further enrich the methods and means of TCM and integrative medicine in treatment.
