基于“阴火”理论探析肾癌的发生和转移

摘　　要：脾胃元气亏虚是肾癌产生的主要病机,元气耗散、阴火无制是肾癌发生和转移的重要条件。对肾癌的治疗应立足于振奋脾胃中土,结合肾脏的生理特点及癌毒动焰的特征,将培补元气、健运中州、涤散阴火贯穿肾癌治疗始终。同时,视肾癌之病期发展及罹患肿瘤患者之个人体质,三因制宜,辅以温阳、化瘀、利水、解毒等法,使脾胃健则清浊分,气机转枢有度;元气充则阴火制,癌瘤生化无源。Deficiency of Yuan Qi of the Spleen and Stomach is the main pathogenesis of renal cancer.Dissipation of the Yuan Qi and the out of control of Yin Fire are important conditions for the occurrence and metastasis of the disease.The treatment of renal cancer should be based on invigorating the Spleen and Stomach, combining the physiological characteristics of the renal cancer and the characteristics of the toxin injured flame caused by the disease, Strengthen the Yuan Qi, invigorating the Spleen and Stomach as well as dispersing the Yin Fire should be realized throughout the treatment of renal cancer.At the same time, according to the development stage of renal cancer and the individual constitution of the patients suffering from tumor, we should adjust measures according to Three Factors, supplemented by the methods of warming Yang, removing blood stasis, diuresis as well as detoxification, so that the Spleen and Stomach can be healthy and the turbidity can be separated Qi from the clear Qi, and then the Qi mechanism can function well.When the Yuan Qi is filled, the Yin Fire will be under controlled, and the cancer would decay.
