摘　　要：胃癌发病源于脾胃之亏虚,成于气血痰毒之瘀滞,“阴阳气不相顺接”,脾胃之气“耗散”是其病机转化关键。蒋士卿教授从脾论治胃癌,并将其分为脾胃气虚、虚寒、阴虚等证型进行论治。临证在扶正培本、抗癌解毒、三因制宜的基础上,结合现代医学,“以患者为中心”,创新性地提出以“健脾调气”立论的胃癌中医药治疗策略。大柴胡汤既可和解少阳枢机,又可健脾养胃,于和解之时给邪以出路,和胃癌的病因病机相契合,故可将其运用到胃癌患者的辨治中。The pathogenesis of gastric cancer originates from the deficiency of the Spleen and Stomach, and results from the stagnation of Qi, blood, Phlegm and toxin. "Yin and Yang are not connected together",and the "dissipation" of Qi of the Spleen and Stomach is the key to its pathogenesis transformation.Professor Jiang Shiqing treats gastric cancer from the perspective of Spleen and divided it into Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency, Cold deficiency, Yin deficiency and other syndrome types.On the basis of strengthening the foundation, fighting against cancer and detoxicating, and taking corresponding measures according to the three kinds of reasons, by combining with modern medicine and "taking patients as the focus",the clinical doctors innovatively put forward the treatment strategy of traditional Chinese medicine for gastric cancer based on "strengthening the Spleen and regulating the Qi".Dachaihu Decoction can not only reconcile the pivot of Shaoyang but also strengthen the Spleen and Stomach.It can provide a way out for evil factors when reconciling, and is consistent with the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer, so it can be applied to the differentiation and treatment of gastric cancer patients.
