补肺化瘀汤联合化疗治疗老年非小细胞肺癌  

Bufei Huayu Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Elderly Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘　　要：目的:观察补肺化瘀汤联合化疗对老年非小细胞肺癌患者中医证候评分,免疫功能,诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、血管生成素-2(angiopoietin-2,Ang-2)等水平的影响。方法:150例老年非小细胞肺癌患者按照随机数字表法平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规化疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予补肺化瘀汤。比较两组肺癌患者治疗前后神疲力乏等中医证候评分、iNOS等血清因子水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)等免疫功能。结果:①治疗后,观察组中医证候评分:咳嗽为(3.64±0.42)分,痰血为(1.85±0.31)分,神疲力乏为(3.06±0.46)分,心烦寐差为(2.48±0.33)分,均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗后,观察组血清因子iNOS为(10.24±1.12)U·mL^(-1),VEGF为(106.47±19.68)ng·L^(-1),Ang-2为(41.38±4.26)U·mL^(-1),均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗后,观察组CD3+为(56.52±2.46)%,CD4^(+)为(35.17±3.28)%,CD8^(+)为(32.31±2.72)%,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)为(1.41±0.87),均高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肺化瘀汤联合化疗可有效降低非小细胞肺癌患者中医证候评分,改善血清因子水平,同时提高免疫功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Bufei Huayu Decoction combined with chemotherapy on TCM syndrome score,immune function,inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),angiopoietin-2(Ang-2)and other levels in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:150 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine chemotherapy,and the observation group was given Bufei Huayu Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Compare the scores of TCM syndromes such as fatigue,iNOS and other serum factors,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and other immune functions of the two groups of lung cancer patients before and after treatment.Results:①After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was(3.64±0.42)points for cough,(1.85±0.31)points for phlegm and blood,(3.06±0.46)points for mental fatigue and(2.48±0.33)points for dysphoria,which were lower than those of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).②After treatment,the serum factor iNOS was(10.24±1.12)U·mL^(-1),VEGF was(106.47±19.68)ng·L^(-1),and Ang-2 was(41.38±4.26)U·mL^(-1) in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).③After treatment,the CD3+,CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were(56.52±2.46)%,(35.17±3.28)%,(32.31±2.72)%and(1.41±0.87)respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Huayu Decoction combined with chemotherapy can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,improve the level of serum factors,and improve immune function.
