摘  要:地铁常用的TAZ-Ⅱ/S295型计轴设备,在维护工作中发现存在车轮传感器感应高度参数测量调整不准确等问题。为此提出改造检修工具和改型计轴电缆盒内wago端子,以消除作业风险,提高测量效率和准确性;在此基础上,进一步优化车辆传感器现场检修流程,尝试将计轴设备由周期检修改为精准施修,从而降低计轴室外设备维护的人力投入。In view of the defects in the measurement and adjustment of the induction height parameters of the wheel sensors in the maintenance of the commonly used TAZ-Ⅱ/S295 axle counter equipment in the subway,the reconstruction of maintenance tools and the selection and improvement of wago terminals in the axle counter cable box are adopted to eliminate the operation risk and improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy.On this basis,the optimization plan of the field overhaul process of the vehicle sensor is proposed,and an attempt is made to change the axle counter from periodic maintenance to precise maintenance,so as to reduce the manpower input in the maintenance of outdoor axle counter equipment.
