摘　　要：从教育系统论的视角研究大学生运动员体教结合培养模式优化的路径。研究发现,角色张力、学训冲突、多头共管、供需矛盾是引发大学生运动员培养问题的重要机制。而教育系统论下的培养模式探索、学习训练的合理规划、多部门之间协调机制的强化、培养模式与市场需求的动态匹配是优化大学生运动员培养模式的有效路径选择。From the perspective of education system theory,this paper studies the path of optimizing the training mode of college athletes’combination of sports and education.The study finds that role tension,conflict between learning and training,multiple co-management,and contradiction between supply and demand are important mechanisms that cause problems in the training of university athletes.They are the effective path choices for the exploration of the training mode under the education system theory,the reasonable planning of learning and training,the strengthening of the coordination mechanism between multiple departments,and the dynamic matching of the training mode and the market demand to optimize the training mode of university athletes.
