摘  要:优树无性系优选是育种培育的重要途径。以甘陕豫晋4省59个灰楸无性系10年生试验林为材料,以树高、胸径生长为目标,进行综合优选,并分析早期优选的可靠性。结果表明,1)树高变异系数嫁龄1~10 a基本稳定;胸径变异系数嫁龄2~5 a时段平稳上升,之后基本稳定;2)树高、胸径在嫁龄4 a之前先降后升,之后基本稳定;3)嫁龄2 a时前八无性系,树高、胸径生长曲线在嫁龄4~8a时段发生交错现象,嫁龄2 a时前十无性系到10 a时排位保持率约60%~70%,说明早期优选结果可靠性较差。按16%入选率,以嫁龄10 a时胸径为主要指标,参考树高,综合优选出适合甘肃天水应用的灰楸无性系10个,入选无性系平均胸径8.21 cm,遗传增益17.5%;平均树高6.48 m,遗传增益10.6%。Optimization of good tree clones is an important way of breeding and cultivation.5910-yearold Catalpa fargesii clones were used as the materials in Gansu,Shaanxi,Henan and Shanxi,aiming for tree height and DBH growth,integrated optimization,and analyze the reliability of early selection.The results show that:1)Tree height variable coefficient1~10 a basically stable;DBH variable coefficient 2~5a rise steadily,later basically stable;2)Tree height and DBH first fall after rise before the age of 4 a,after basically stable;3)Top 10 clones at age 2a,before 10 years old tree height and DBH sequential growth curve interlacing occurred at 4~6 years of age,by the age of 10 a ranking retention rate 60%~70%,explain 2a age the reliability of the optimal choice is poor.From the selection rate by 16%,pass DBH was the main index 10a age,reference height,synthesize optimized fit applied 10 clones of Catalpa fargesii in Tianshui,Gansu Province,the clones were selected mean DBH 8.21cm,genetic gain 17.5%mean tree height 6.48 m,genetic gain 10.6%.
