二金止咳方治疗痰热恋肺、气阴两虚型慢性咳嗽疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察二金止咳方治疗痰热恋肺、气阴两虚型慢性咳嗽的疗效。方法将84例痰热恋肺、气阴两虚型慢性咳嗽患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组42例、对照组42例。治疗组予二金止咳方口服,对照组予右美沙芬愈创甘油醚糖浆口服。治疗3周后比较2组日间咳嗽评分、夜间咳嗽评分、临床总有效率。观察2组治疗后起效时间及症状消失时间。结果治疗组总有效率95.2%(40/42),对照组总有效率81.0%(34/42),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组日间咳嗽和夜间咳嗽症状评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组起效时间及症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二金止咳方治疗慢性咳嗽疗效确切。Objective Objective To observe the curative effect of Erjin Zhike Prescription on chronic cough of phlegm-heat obstructing lung and deficiency of both vital energy and yin type.Methods Totally 84 cases of chronic cough patients(phlegm-heat obstructing lung and deficiency of both vital energy and yin type)were randomized 1∶1 to receive oral administration of Erjin Zhike Prescription(treatment group)or dextromethorphan cough syrup(control group)for 3 weeks.The scores of inter-day and nighttime cough,total clinical effective rates,as well as onset time and symptom disappearance time were included as comparisons.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(95.2%[40/42]vs 81.0%[34/42],P<0.05).The scores of inter-day and nighttime cough in both groups were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05),and which were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time and symptom disappearance time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Erjin Zhike Prescription is effective in treating chronic cough.
