摘 要:BIM技术具有信息化、电子化等特性,完备的信息库资源带来了基础成本信息,在施工项目成本控制方面有着独特优势。为了有效解决传统成本控制方法存在的信息处理能力差、信息不连续等问题,在介绍BIM5D技术在施工项目成本动态控制中的应用价值和应用流程之后,以壹本科工城B区项目为例,分析BIM5D技术在成本动态控制中的具体应用,阐述BIM5D技术在成本动态管控中的难点,并从物料和成本动态核算与控制两方面入手进行具体分析,为运用BIM技术的其他工程项目实现有效的成本控制提供参考。BIM technology has the characteristics of informatization and electronization,complete information database resources bring basic cost information,which has unique advantages in cost control of construction project. In order to effectively solve the problems of poor information processing ability and discontinuous information existing in traditional cost control methods,this paper introduces the application value and application process of BIM5D technology in the dynamic cost control of construction projects. Taking the First University Project in Zone B as an example,this paper analyzes the specific application of BIM5D technology in the dynamic cost control,and expounds the difficulties of BIM5D technology in the dynamic cost control,It also makes a specific analysis from the two aspects of dynamic accounting and control of materials and costs,providing reference for other engineering projects using BIM technology to achieve effective cost control.
