从冲任论卵巢癌术后复发转移

摘　　要：卵巢癌病在胞宫冲任,手术损伤导致冲任气血亏虚以致功能失调,成为卵巢癌术后复发转移之前提条件;加之术后未净之癌毒潜匿于机体,以伏邪形式存在,共同导致了卵巢癌术后复发转移。结合手术导致激素分泌紊乱、机体免疫功能降低的生物学特点,归纳“冲任失调”为卵巢癌术后复发转移之病机。基于此,提出“清补冲任”为防治卵巢癌术后复发转移的基本原则,治疗当辨明局部与整体之关系,以冲任为枢纽,肝肾同调。Ovarian cancer is in the uterus,thoroughfare and conception vessels. The surgical injury resulted in qi and blood deficiency of thoroughfare and conception vessels leading to dysfunction which is the pre-condition for postoperative recurrence and metastasis of ovarian cancer. Postoperative carcinoma exists in the body insidiously which leads to the recurrence and metastasis of ovarian cancer after surgery. Combined with the biological characteristics of hormone secretion disorder and immune function decrease caused by operation,dysfunction of thoroughfare and conception vessels is summarized as the pathogenesis of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of ovarian cancer. Based on this,it is proposed that “clearing and tonifying thoroughfare and conception vessels” is the basic principle for the prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of ovarian cancer. The relationship between the partial and the whole should be differentiated in the treatment.With thoroughfare and conception vessels as the pivot,liver and kidney should be regulated simultaneously.
