《温病条辨》甘味药运用规律探讨

摘　　要：目的:系统研究吴鞠通《温病条辨》甘味药物的用药特点,分析其在温病治疗中的配伍应用规律。方法:梳理《温病条辨》中的甘味药,建立数据库,运用SPSS 22.0软件对药物频次进行统计分析。结果:收集甘味药物49种,总计使用频次462次。甘味寒性药物使用频次208次,占比45.02%。五味分析,总以甘苦兼味应用最多,取其补阴泄热之能,于温病最宜;上焦病重用甘寒之品养阴疏热;中焦病多用甘寒、甘凉药物养阴清热,辅以甘温、甘淡之品健脾利湿;下焦病寒、温、平性药均有重用。结论:温病的治疗及预后,阴津与脾胃之气至关重要,故吴鞠通善用甘味药“预护其虚”,保胃气与阴津,将甘味药物配伍灵活运用于养阴、利湿、清热、温阳等不同治法中。Objective:To systematically study the characteristics of sweet drugs in Wu Jutong’s Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases,and to analyze the compatibility regularity in the treatment of warm diseases. Methods:Sweet medicines in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases were sorted out to establish the database. SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of medicinal frequency. Results:Total 49 kinds of sweet medicines were collected,462 times in total. The frequency of use of sweet and cold medicines was 208 times,accounting for 45.02%.For five flavor analysis,the use of sweet and bitter was the most,with the efficacy of nourishing yin and purging heat,that is the most suitable for warm diseases. Sweet and cold medicines were in heavy use for nourishing yin and dissipating heat for treating diseases of the upper energizer. Sweet and cold,sweet and cool medicines were in heavy use for nourishing yin and clearing heat,supplemented by sweet and warm,sweet and bland medicines to invigorating spleen and draining dampness for treating diseases of the middle energizer. Cold,warm and neutral medicines were in heavy use for treating diseases of the lower energizer. Conclusions:Yin fluid and qi of spleen and stomach are very important for the treatment and prognosis of warm diseases. Therefore,WU Jutong made good use of sweet medicines to “protect its deficiency” and to protect stomach qi and yin fluid. Sweet medicines were combined flexibly in different treatment methods such as nourishing yin,draining dampness,clearing heat and warming yang,etc.
