摘 要:目的:建立无花果叶中绿原酸、芦丁、补骨脂素和佛手柑内酯4种成分含量测定的一测多评方法,并验证此方法的可行性与准确度。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以芦丁为内参物,建立绿原酸、补骨脂素和佛手柑内酯的相对校正因子(f_(s/i)),并利用f_(s/i)计算无花果叶样品中各成分的含量,同时用外标法测定不同产地无花果叶中各成分的含量,比较一测多评法和外标法所得结果的差异。结果:一测多评法得到的绿原酸、补骨脂素和佛手柑内酯f_(s/i)重现性较好,且通过一测多评法测得的不同产地的无花果叶各成分含量与外标法测得的结果无显著差异。结论:本研究建立的一测多评法准确可行,可用于无花果叶的定量分析和质量评价。Objective:To establish quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS)method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid,rutin,psoralen and bergamot lactone in Wuhuaguoye(Fig Folium),and to verify the feasibility and accuracy of this method.Methods:With rutin as internal reference,the relative correction factor (f_(s/i)) of chlorogenic acid,psoralen and bergamot lactone was established by high performance liquid chromatography.The f_(s/i)was used to calculate the content of each component in the samples of Wuhuaguoye.At the same time,the content of each component in Wuhuaguoye from different regions were determined by external standard method.The differences between the results obtained by QAMS method and the external standard method were compared.Results:The f_(s/i)of chlorogenic acid,psoralen and bergamot lactone obtained by QAMS method had good reproducibility,and there was no significant difference between the content of each component in Wuhuaguoye from different regions determined by QAMS method and that by the external standard method.Conclusions:The established QAMS method is accurate and feasible,and can be used for quantitative analysis and quality evaluation of Wuhuaguoye.
