摘　　要：从朱丹溪相关著作(《格致余论》《丹溪心法》《丹溪手镜》《丹溪治法心要》《金匮钩玄》《脉因证治》等)中探讨其治痹方药特色,指出痹病除外邪之外,以血、痰为因,擅从血分着手治痹,其立法遣药,有随位、随因、随人之特色,辨证论治,变化无穷。通过数据挖掘分析发现,其治痹所用药物的性味多为辛温苦寒,归经多为脾经、肝经、肺经,且以治血祛湿化痰药物为主,随证加减,不拘一法,不限一方,可为后世借鉴。ZHU Danxi’s prescription and medication characteristics in treating bi disease are analyzed from his related works(Further Discourses on the Acquisition of Knowledge through Profound Study,Essential Teachings of Dan Xi,Dan Xi Hand Mirror,Essentials of Dan Xi Treatment Method,Delving into the Profound Significance of ‘Synopsis of the Golden Chamber’,Patterns and Treatment Based on Pulse and Etiology,etc.).It is pointed out that except for the exopathogen,bi disease is caused by blood and phlegm. ZHU Danxi is good at treating bi disease from the blood aspect. The medication according to therapeutic method has the characteristics of following the position,cause,and person. The treatment based on syndrome differentiation is infinitely changing. Through data mining and analysis,it is found that most of the medicines used to treat bi disease are pungent,warm,bitter and cold,and pertain to spleen,liver and lung meridians in meridian tropism,and mainly used to treat blood,expel dampness and resolve phlegm. The addition or subtraction of the syndrome is not limited to certain method or formula,which can be used as the reference for future generations.
