独活寄生汤联合中药封包治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察独活寄生汤联合中药封包治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取符合纳入标准的寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组各30例。对照组行中药封包治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用独活寄生汤治疗,两组治疗周期均为3周。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分。结果:治疗3周后,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS、JOA与ODI评分明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组各评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗结束1个月后,治疗组复发率为3.57%,对照组复发率为27.27%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤联合中药封包治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症效果较好,可改善患者功能障碍情况,提高生活质量,明显缓解疼痛,降低复发率。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction and TCM medicine packet on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with syndrome of cold-dampness obstruction.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with syndrome of cold-dampness obstruction,who met the inclusion criteria,were divided into two groups by method of random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TCM medicine packet,while the treatment group was treated plus with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of control group.For both groups,the treatment cycle was 3 weeks.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA)and Oswestry Dability Index(ODI)of patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS,JOA and ODI of patients in two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of each score of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After one month of ending treatment,the recurrence rate of treatment group was 3.57%,while the recurrence rate of control group was 27.27%.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction and TCM medicine packet on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with syndrome of colddampness obstruction is better,which can improve the patients’ dysfunction,enhance the quality of life,significantly relieve the pain and reduce the recurrence rate.
