摘　　要：立足伤寒学术研究,提出依据《伤寒论》三阴三阳体系辨治耳石症手法复位后残余症状。眩晕发作时伴有下肢浮肿、精神淡漠、呕吐稀薄痰涎、脉沉细等脾肾阳虚、水气上泛表现者,可按少阴寒化证治疗,处方以真武汤为基础,酌加滋阴药、风药。通过解析一则应用真武汤加减治疗的验案,说明耳石症手法复位后少阴寒化证的辨治思路,为临床提供借鉴。Based on the academic studies of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,it is proposed that some residual symptoms after manual reduction treatment for benign positional vertigo can be differentiated and treated according to the system of three yin and three yang in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.When vertigo attacks,if the patients manifest as yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,and water going upward,with symptoms of lower limbs swelling,apathy,vomiting thin phlegm,and deep and thready pulse,they can be treated as Shaoyin cold transformation syndrome.The Zhenwu Decoction(真武汤)can be used as a basic prescription,and yin-tonifying medicinals and wind medicinals can be added according to the circumstances.By analyzing a proven case treated with Zhenwu Decoction,the thought on differentiating and treating Shaoyin cold transformation syndrome after manual reduction treatment of benign positional vertigo was expounded,which can provide reference for clinical practice.
