槐榆清热止血方在混合痔外剥内扎术后的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察槐榆清热止血方对混合痔患者外剥内扎术后不适症状及创面恢复情况的影响。方法:选取行外剥内扎手术的混合痔患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。两组术后均每日进行常规换药和坐浴,观察组在此基础上加服槐榆清热止血方,两组均以7 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者术后1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d的伤口疼痛、肛门坠胀、伤口出血、创面水肿、创面渗出量化分级评分,以及伤口愈合时间。结果:与对照组比较,观察组术后3 d、7 d、14 d的伤口疼痛、肛门坠胀、术后出血程度更轻,术后7 d、14 d的创面水肿、创面渗出程度更轻,且术后伤口愈合时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:槐榆清热止血方能缓解混合痔外剥内扎术后不适症状,促进创面恢复。Objective:To observe the effect of Huaiyu Qingre Zhixue Formula(槐榆清热止血方)on the uncomfortable symptoms and wound recovery of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after Milligan-Morgan surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent Milligan-Morgan surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.After the surgery,patients in the control group were given conventional dressing change and sitz bath every day,and the patients in the observation group were given oral administration of Huaiyu Qingre Zhixue Formula on the basis of the control group.The two groups all took 7 days as a course of treatment and were treated for 2 courses.The quantified and classified scores of wound pain,anal distension,wound bleeding,wound edema,and wound exudation at 1 day,3 days,7 days and 14 days after the surgery were compared between the two groups.In addition,the wound healing time of the two groups was recorded and compared.Results:Three days,7 days and 14 days after the surgery,the degree of wound pain,anal distension,and wound bleeding of the patients in the observation group were lighter than that of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).Seven days and 14 days after the surgery,the degree of wound edema and wound exudation of the patients in the observation group were lighter than that of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:For patients with mixed hemorrhoids after Milligan-Morgan surgery,Huaiyu Qingre Zhixue Formula can relieve the uncomfortable symptoms and promote the wound recovery.
