孙丽霞运用二花清中降火汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡经验

摘　　要：孙丽霞教授认为复发性口腔溃疡的核心病机为脾胃湿热、心火亢盛,治疗当以化脾湿、清胃热、降心火为基本原则。其自拟方二花清中降火汤用药升降相因、气血同调,擅清脾胃湿热和心火,临证根据病证虚实、脏腑邪气偏盛及病机转化,化裁用于治疗复发性口腔溃疡,常获良效。附验案两则。Professor SUN Lixia believes that dampness-heat in spleen and stomach and hyperactivity of heart fire are the core pathogenesis of recurrent oral ulcer.The treatment should be based on the basic principles of eliminating spleen dampness,clearing stomach heat and reducing heart fire.The Erhua Qingzhong Jianghuo Decoction(二花清中降火汤)made by Professor SUN contains medicinals with ascending and descending property for regulating qi and blood simultaneously.It is good at clearing dampness-heat in spleen and stomach and reducing heart fire.In clinical treatment of recurrent oral ulcer,this prescription can be modified according to the deficiency and excess of syndromes,the difference of pathogenic qi in the viscera,and the transformation of pathogenesis,which often achieves good curative effect.Two proved cases are listed.
