陈振虎运用岐黄针疗法治疗原发性痛经经验

摘　　要：陈振虎教授认为原发性痛经是因寒、热、瘀等病理因素致胞宫痉挛,形成病变筋结,从而引起疼痛。岐黄针疗法由陈教授以经筋理论为基础创立,具有取穴少、操作时间短、操作手法轻快等优势。陈教授治疗原发性痛经以活血行气、疏筋止痛为主要治则,运用岐黄针疗法,单取腰阳关穴,取得较好疗效。附验案一则。Professor CHEN Zhenhu believes that the pain symptom in primary dysmenorrhea is caused by the spasm of the uterus resulting from cold,heat,blood stasis and other pathological factors,forming pathological tendon knots. Qihuang acupuncture therapy is founded by Professor CHEN based on meridian tendon theory. It has the advantages of fewer acupoints,shorter operation time,light and fast operation. Professor CHEN treats primary dysmenorrhea with the principles of activating blood and promoting qi,relaxing tendons and relieving pain. He uses Qihuang acupuncture therapy to treat primary dysmenorrhea and takes Yaoyangguan(GV3) acupoint alone,which has achieved good curative efficacy. A proved case is listed.
