摘　　要：百合地黄汤始载于《金匮要略》,由鲜百合七枚、生地黄汁一升组成,为治疗百合病之主方,具有养阴清热、补益心肺之效。百合地黄汤发挥药理作用的物质基础主要涉及百合甾体皂苷、百合多糖、地黄梓醇等,具有抗抑郁、抗焦虑、镇静催眠、抗肿瘤等作用。参考文献41篇。Baihe Dihuang Decoction(百合地黄汤)was first recorded in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golded Champer.It is composed of 7 fresh Baihe(Lilii Bulbus)and 1 Sheng(升)of fresh Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)juice.With the effect of nourishing yin,clearing heat,and tonifying the heart and the lung,it has been used as the main prescription for Baihe disease.The material basis for the pharmacological action of Baihe Dihuang Decoction mainly involves steroidal saponins and polysaccharide in Baihe,catalpol in Dihuang,etc.,which makes the prescription has antidepressant,anxiolytic,sedative,hypnotic,anti-tumor and other effects.There are 41 references.
