摘 要:近几年,有机-无机杂化钙钛矿以低暗电流、高载流子迁移率、较长的载流子寿命等优异的光电性能引起人们的广泛关注。目前报道的高性能射线探测器件大部分为面积较小、形状不可控、生长环境严苛的晶体材料,为此,发展大面积且厚度可控的制备技术成为目前需要解决的问题。首先,通过反向升温法制备了CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)单晶,筛选出生长面积小且不规则的单晶废料;然后,将CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)单晶废料放入研钵中进行充分的研磨;最后,将粉末放入模具中进行热压,制备出致密性高、厚度可控的大面积CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)多晶薄片,并对CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)多晶薄片进行表面微观形貌、物相结构、结晶度、电化学、吸收透射表征。结果表明,通过热压法制备的CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)多晶薄片致密性良好、纯度高,具有良好的结晶性。In recent years, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites have attracted extensive attention due to their excellent optoelectronic properties such as low dark current, high carrier mobility, and long carrier lifetime. Most of the high-performance ray detection devices reported so far are crystal materials with small area, uncontrollable shape, and harsh growth environment. For this reason, the development of large-area and thickness-controllable fabrication technology has become a problem that needs to be solved in current research. In this paper, the CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)single crystal was first prepared by the reverse heating method, and the single crystal waste with small and irregular growth area was screened out. Then the CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)single crystal waste was put into a mortar for sufficient grinding, and then the powder was put into the mold for hot pressing. Large-area CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)polycrystalline flakes with high density and controllable thickness were prepared by hot pressing. The surface morphology, phase structure, crystallinity, electrochemistry, absorption and transmission of CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)polycrystalline flakes were characterized. The results show that the CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)polycrystalline flakes prepared by hot pressing have good compactness, high purity and good crystallinity.
