摘  要:建立7道次TC2钛合金L型材轧制模型,采用有限元法模拟初轧温度为920℃时的轧制过程,研究轧制过程中轧件温度场、应变场的变化规律,并进行轧制实验。结果表明,轧制过程中轧件中心层的应变增长较为均匀,拐角上表面两侧和拐角下表面周围应变较大且温度较高;轧件侧边末端的应变和温度较低,轧件中心层温度一直保持相对较高水平,K2和K1道次在轧前需将轧件补温至920℃;K7~K3道次随着道次增加组织逐渐细化,侧边的组织沿宽展方向有序分布程度增强;K1道次轧制完成后得到均匀细小的等轴组织。实验得到的型材成品与模拟结果基本一致。The rolling model of 7 passes of TC2 alloy L profile was established, and the rolling process at an initial rolling temperature of 920 ℃ was simulated using the finite element method. The changing laws of temperature and strain of the rolled piece in rolling process were studied and the rolling experiment was carried out. The results show that the strain growth in the central layer of the rolled piece is relatively uniform during rolling. The strain and temperature around the upper and lower surface of the corner are higher. The strain and temperature at the side end of the rolled piece are lower. The temperature of the center layer of the rolled piece is kept at a high level. K2 and K1 passes need to be heated at 920 ℃ before rolling. K7~K3 passes, with the increase of passes, the microstructure is gradually refined. In the broadening direction, the orderly distribution of the side microstructures gradually increases. The uniform and fine equiaxed microstructure is obtained after K1 pass rolling. The finished product of the profile obtained from the experiment is basically consistent with the simulation results.
