摘  要:考察了柠檬酸三乙酯(TEC)对含有尿素或羟乙基脲的乳霜制剂的稳定性和保湿性的影响。结果表明,含尿素或者羟乙基脲的乳霜在长期高温储存中均会导致体系酸碱度提高,后者pH变化量比较小。添加TEC可减缓pH升高,且在配方稳定的情况下,添加量越高,对体系酸碱度变化的抑制效果更明显。在人体保湿性实验方面,相对于阴性对照27.19%的保湿率,含有5%尿素或5%羟乙基脲的乳霜制剂都有明显的保湿效果,其结果都高于52%,后者的保湿效果会优于前者,添加TEC对产品保湿性影响不大。The effects of triethyl citrate(TEC)on the stability and skin moisturizing efficacy of the cream-type cosmetics containing urea or hydroxyethyl urea were investigated.The results showed that,the pH values of the creams containing urea or hydroxyethyl urea would increase after a long-term and high-temperature storage,while the pH change in the latter was relatively smaller.The addition of TEC could retard the increase of pH for the formula.In the case of a stable formula,the more the TEC was added,the more significant the inhibition effect on the pH change was observed.In the moisture retention test on human body,compared with the moisture rate of 27.19%in negative control,the creams containing 5%urea or 5%hydroxyethyl urea had remarkable moisturizing effect,which were both higher than 52%(The latter was better than the former).The addition of TEC had no significant effect on the moisturizing efficacy of the cosmetic products.
