摘　　要：恶劣的线路环境是电话通信的最大障碍,迫切需要安全可靠、适应性强的电话终端,为用户提供稳定优质的呼叫连接服务。通过对语音通信网络宽窄带切换的研究,设计了一种支持宽窄带自适应的电话终端实现方案。在呼叫控制中心采用号码绑定机制,保证宽窄双线接入网络,利用链路实时检测和网络质量分析,为语音呼叫的链路选择提供依据,最大程度地保证语音通话服务的可靠性,有效解决了单一网络线路不稳定的问题,对方案的可用性进行测试评估。Since the bad line environment is the biggest obstacle to the telephone communication,it is urgent to have a safe,reliable and adaptable telephone terminal to provide users with the stable and high-quality call connection service.Based on the research of the broadband and narrowband switching in voice communication networks,an adaptive telephone terminal scheme is designed.In the center of the call control,the number binding mechanism is used to ensure the broadband and narrowband dual access network.At the same time,the real-time detection and the network quality analysis are conducted by using the links,providing the basis for the link choices of the voice calls and guaranteeing the reliability of the voice service to the greatest extent.Thus,the unstable problem of the single network line is solved.Finally,the usability of the scheme is tested and evaluated.
