开喉剑喷雾剂联合干扰素α1b雾化治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效及对血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察开喉剑喷雾剂联合干扰素α1b雾化治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效及对血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法 选择2020年8月—2021年6月广东省东莞市桥头医院收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿140例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组70例。对照组患儿采取干扰素α1b雾化治疗,研究组患儿采取开喉剑喷雾剂联合干扰素α1b雾化治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、治疗前后炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果 研究组患儿总有效率为95.71%,高于对照组的84.29%(χ^(2)=5.079,P=0.024);研究组患儿疱疹消失时间、流涎消失时间、退热时间及疼痛消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,2组患儿白介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);对照组与研究组患儿不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(5.71%vs. 7.14%,χ^(2)=0.119,P=0.730)。结论 开喉剑喷雾剂联合干扰素α1b雾化治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效较好,可明显改善患儿机体炎性反应,缩短临床症状消失时间,且不良反应较少,值得应用及推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of Kaihoujian spray combined with interferon α1 b atomization in the treatment of herpetic angina in children and its effect on serum inflammatory factor levels. Methods A total of 140 children with herpetic angina admitted to Qiaotou Hospital of Dongguan, Guangdong Province from August 2020 to June 2021 were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group were treated with interferon α1 b atomization, and the study group were treated with Kaihoujian spray combined with interferon α1 b atomization. The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate was 95.71% in the study group, which was higher than 84.29% in the control group(χ^(2)=5.079, P=0.024);The disappearance time of herpes, salivation, fever and pain in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01);After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the study group(5.71% vs. 7.14%, χ^(2)=0.119, P=0.730). Conclusion Kaihoujian spray combined with interferon α1 b atomization has good curative effect in the treatment of children with herpetic angina, can significantly improve the inflammatory response of children, shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and has fewer adverse reactions, which is worthy of application and promotion.
