喉咽清口服液、匹多莫德联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察喉咽清口服液、匹多莫德联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效及其对炎性反应、免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2020年11月—2021年9月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾与匹多莫德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服喉咽清口服液治疗,2组疗程均为7 d。比较2组临床疗效、发热消退时间、咽痛消失时间、吞咽困难消失时间及治疗前、治疗7 d后实验室指标(白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白介素-2、白介素-6、CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)),并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044)。观察组发热消退时间、咽痛消失时间、吞咽困难消失时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗7 d后,2组白细胞计数少于治疗前,C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白介素-2、白介素-6低于治疗前,CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)高于治疗前,且观察组各指标优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组均未出现严重不良反应。结论 喉咽清口服液、匹多莫德联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效确切,能够有效改善患儿细胞免疫功能及减轻炎性反应,进而缓解症状,促进疾病快速康复,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Houyanqing oral liquid, pidotimod combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children and the effects on inflammatory reaction and immunologic function. Methods A total of 60 cases of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children were selected from November 2020 to September 2021 in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital, which were divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium combined with pidotimod, patients in the observation group were treated with Houyanqing oral liquid based on control group, both groups were treated with 7 days. Clinical effect, fever regression time, sore throat disappearing time and dysphagia disappearing time, laboratory indexes(WBC, CRP, PCT, IL-2, IL-6, CD_(3)^(+), CD_(4)^(+), CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)) before treatment and at 7 days after treatment were compared between the two groups, incidence of adverse reactions was observed of the two groups. Results Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group(χ^(2)=4.043, P=0.044). Fever regression time, sore throat disappearing time and dysphagia disappearing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.01). At 7 days after treatment, WBC of the two groups were less than those before treatment, CRP, PCT, IL-2, IL-6 were lower than those before treatment, CD_(3)^(+), CD_(4)^(+), CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)were higher than those before treatment, and those indexes of the observation group were better than control group(P<0.01). There were no serious abverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Houyanqing oral liquid, pidotimod combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium have an exact effect in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children, which can effectively improve immunologic function and reduce infl
