基于数值模拟的隧道衬砌高水压风险评估

摘  要:在青云山深埋特长隧道的初步设计风险评估中,运用数值模拟进行了衬砌结构高水压的风险评估。结合地质勘察资料,识别出风险因素,包括不整合接触带和向斜核部两类。在风险分析中,建立全封堵、自由排放和堵水限排三种工况,进行数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明:全封堵设计,衬砌结构水压力最大;自由排放设计,衬砌结构水压力最小,但地下水流失严重;堵水限排设计,衬砌结构水压力居中,能较好保护地下水环境。基于数值模拟结果,综合评定,隧道衬砌结构高水压风险为高度。借鉴工程经验,提出了风险应对措施,包括:合理进行注浆设计,合理设计排水系统,重视排水系统的维护。在实施风险应对措施后,对风险作了复评,衬砌结构的安全性符合规范要求,风险复评等级为低度。At preliminary design stage of the deep buried extra-long tunnel in Qingyun Mountain, the risk assessment of high water pressure upon the lining structure was carried out by using numerical simulation. Based on the geological survey data, risk factors were identified in unconformable contact zone and core of syncline. In the risk analysis, three working conditions of full blockage, free discharge and blocking underground water and limiting discharge were created for numerical simulations. The results show that water pressure upon the lining structure is largest in full blockage design;the water pressure is smallest in free discharge design, but the groundwater loss is great;the water pressure is medium while blocking underground water and limiting discharge, which can better protect the environment of groundwater. According to the results and comprehensive evaluation, the risk of high water pressure upon tunnel lining structure was high. Drawing on engineering experience, countermeasures were proposed, including reasonable grouting design, reasonable design of the drainage system, and paying attention to the maintenance of the drainage system. After implementing the countermeasures, the risk was reassessed, and the safety of the lining structure met the specification requirements, and the risk was low.
