非沥青基高分子自粘防水卷材的应用研究

摘　　要：通过对济南工程职业技术学院绣源河校区一期工程建设项目地下人防工程底板防水的工程实践,介绍了非沥青基高分子自粘防水卷材的材料特性,阐述了非沥青基高分子自粘防水卷材的施工工艺,分析了非沥青基高分子自粘防水卷材在施工适用性和经济应用性的优势。通过对比分析表明:使用非沥青基高分子自粘防水卷材可以降低工程造价49.3%,缩短施工工期50%,达到了预期的效果。Through the practice of the project of floor waterproofing of underground civil air defense engineering in Xiuyuan River Campus of Jinan Engineering Polytechnic, the properties of non-asphalt-based polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane are introduced, the construction process of such membrane is expounded, advantages of applicability of non-asphalt-based polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane in the construction and economy of application are analyzed. A comparative analysis shows that the use of non-asphalt-based polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane can reduce the project cost by 49.3%, shorten the construction period by 50%, achieving the desired effect.
