摘 要:动态缆输送高压强电时会产生大量热量,导致缆体截面温度升高,从而影响其结构力学响应。本文针对浮式风机用动态缆截面进行了电热磁耦合温度场分析和热力多物理场耦合分析,验证了温度场对动态缆截面力学响应的影响。结果表明,在考虑电发热情况下,动态缆的截面极值应力相比于仅考虑力场情况下增加了80%,说明仅考虑力场的动态缆截面设计方法偏危险。因此,本文提出了考虑多场耦合情况下的浮式风机用动态缆截面耦合分析方法,可为浮式风机动态缆截面设计提供重要技术支持。When the dynamic cable delivers high-voltage electricity, a lot of heat is generated, which leads to increase of the cross-section temperature and affects the structural mechanical response. In this paper, the electric-thermal-magnetic coupling temperature field analysis and thermal-mechanical multi-physics field coupling analysis are carried out for the dynamic cable section of floating wind turbine, verifying the influence of temperature field on mechanical response of dynamic cable section. The results show that the extreme stress of dynamic cable section increases by 80% when electric heating is taken into account, compared with that when only force field is taken into account, indicating that the design method of dynamic cable section considering only static field is dangerous. Therefore, this paper proposes a coupling analysis method for dynamic cable cross-section for floating wind turbines considering the multi-field coupling, which can provide important technical support for the design of dynamic cable cross-sections for floating wind turbines.
