摘 要:液滑环是海上单点系泊系统的核心部件,其内部的流体介质含砂,冲蚀破坏是其失效因素之一,因此研究液滑环冲蚀损伤影响机理尤为重要。本文基于计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,选择标准κ-ε湍流模型、离散相模型及冲蚀预测模型,建立液滑环几何结构模型和流体域模型并进行网格划分,对不同工况下的液滑环冲蚀进行了数值模拟。在液滑环流场内,速度和压力分布随着外环旋转而变化,不同流体域处离散相颗粒具有不同的冲击剥削效果,环形液流腔内侧壁面冲蚀损伤整体小于外侧壁面,随着冲蚀时间的增加,液滑环壁面的冲蚀深度和冲蚀失重量不断累积。根据冲蚀损伤数值模拟的分析及结论可以对液滑环的设计进行改进,避免了液滑环使用中的冲蚀失效。Liquid swivel is the core component of an offshore single point mooring system. Its internal fluid contains sand, and erosion damage is one of the failure factors. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the influence mechanism of erosion damage of liquid swivel. Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method, the standard κ-εturbulence model, discrete phase model and erosion prediction model are selected to establish and mesh the geometrical structure model and fluid field model of liquid swivel. The numerical simulation of liquid swivel erosion under different working conditions is carried out. In the liquid swivel circulation field, the velocity and pressure distribution change with the rotation of the outer ring, and the discrete phase particles in different fluid domains have different impact exploitation effects. The erosion damage to the inner side wall of the annular fluid flow cavity is smaller than that to the outer side wall as a whole. With the increase of erosion time, the erosion depth and the erosion loss weight on the wall of the liquid swivel accumulates continuously. According to the analysis of numerical simulation and conclusion, the design of liquid swivel can be improved to avoid erosion failure in use.
