摘  要:为了确保东海海域自升式平台在极端工况下的结构安全性,开展了结构稳定性研究。本文基于欧拉–伯努利梁理论,根据实际工程条件,采用有限元方法,分析了高压立管的静态响应情况。模拟外部环境载荷时,依据风浪流主极值进行计算,考虑了波浪相位角和立管顶部偏移的影响,重点关注不同内压下的立管受力情况。结果表明,随着内压增大,高压立管结构的等效应力值增大,整体安全性随之明显下降,并且平台偏移也会对结构稳定性产生影响。To ensure the structural safety of jack up platforms in the East China Sea under extreme working conditions,structural stability studies are carried out in this paper. Based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory, according to the actual engineering conditions, the static response of the high-pressure riser is analyzed by the finite element method,focusing on the stress under different internal pressures. When simulating the external environmental load, it is calculated according to the main extreme values of wind, wave and current, and the influence of wave phase angle and riser top offset on the response is considered. The results show that with the increase of internal pressure, the equivalent stress of high pressure riser structure increases, which decreases the overall safety, and at the same time, the platform offset will also affect the structural stability.
