摘  要:为解决海洋油气开发水下生产结构受海上坠落物冲击或渔网等物体拖挂破坏的问题,以一种新型的具有加强筋的玻璃纤维增强复合材料防护罩为研究对象,根据规范NORSOK U-001的要求,通过ABAQUS显式动力学计算防护罩在不同冲击位置及不同冲击能量等6种工况下的损伤情况。通过计算结果可以发现,玻璃纤维复合材料防护罩能有效吸收坠落物冲击能量以达到保护水下生产设施的作用。在不同的冲击工况下,防护罩局部存在损伤但不影响整体结构的完整性及使用性能。The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem that the subsea production structures of offshore oil and gas development are impacted by falling objects or dragged and damaged by fishing nets and other objects. Based on the requirements of code NORSOK U-001, and taking a new type of glass fiber reinforced composite protective cover with stiffeners as the research object, the damage of protective cover under six working conditions, such as different impact positions and different impact energies, is calculated by ABAQUS explicit dynamics. It is concluded that the glass fiber composite protective cover can effectively absorb the impact energy of falling objects to protect the subsea production facilities. Under various working conditions, the protective cover is damaged locally, but it does not affect the integrity and service performance of the whole structure.
