摘 要:冬季海域覆冰在很大程度上影响油气开采等海上作业,本文研究的渤海辽东湾JZ20-2海域具有靠近陆地、纬度较高的特点,所面临的海冰问题非常严重。本文基于JZ20-2海域的海洋平台建立海冰监测系统,针对该海域的冰厚、冰速等海冰要素数据进行数十年的统计,将近10 a的数据与《中国海海冰条件及应用规定》进行比较分析,发现该海域冰期受平均气温影响呈波动变化,冰厚整体呈下降趋势,海冰覆盖率呈波动下降趋势。本文对该海域冰情情况进行分析总结,为我国海冰设计条件的完善提供数据参考。In winter, sea ice greatly affects offshore operations such as oil and gas exploitation, among which JZ20-2 sea area in Liaodong Bay of Bohai Sea has high latitude and is close to the land, and its sea ice problem is particularly serious. Based on the offshore platform of JZ20-2, the sea ice management system was established on the spot. The temperature, ice thickness, ice speed and sea ice concentration and others had been monitored continuously for10 years. In this paper, the changes of sea ice in JZ20-2 sea area in recent 10 years are summarized, and compared with the sea ice parameters in the “Regulations for Offshore Ice Condition & Application in China Sea”. It is found that in recent 10 years, the ice period fluctuates under the influence of average temperature, the ice thickness has shown a decreasing trend, and the sea ice coverage has been fluctuating and decreasing. The conclusions of this paper fully reflect the change of ice conditions in offshore waters of Liaodong Bay, and it is an important support for improving the design conditions of sea ice in China.
