摘 要:助听器效果验证是选配流程中的重要一环。受年龄、认知、多残、语言背景等因素影响,部分患者无法配合行为学言语测听。因此,开发客观的助听器助听效果评估工具具有重要的临床意义。皮层听觉诱发电位(cortical auditory evoked potential,CAEP)作为一种电生理测试,因其客观性、可在清醒状态下测试、可使用言语刺激以及与行为学听阈的良好一致性,适用于以上群体的助听效果评估。本文从助听器用户的言语觉察和识别能力,以及激活助听器技术,如非线性频率压缩、降噪算法等影响入手,介绍CAEP相关主题的研究基础和现状。尽管CAEP有潜力表征助听后言语觉察和识别能力以及助听器新技术的影响,但距离其临床应用仍需大量研究。Hearing aid verification plays an important role in the fitting process. Some hearing-impaired patients are unable to cooperate with behavioural speech tests due to factors such as age, cognitive impairment, other disabilities, and language experience. Therefore, it is of clinical significance to consider an objective tool to evaluate hearing aid benefits. Cortical Auditory Evoked Potential(CAEP) is an alternative means of evaluating hearing aid benefits in such populations because of its objectivity,testability in the awake state, use of speech stimuli, and good consistency with behavioural hearing thresholds. This paper introduces the progress and advancements of research in using CAEP to evaluate speech detection and recognition of hearing aid users, as well as the influence of hearing aid technologies on such as nonlinear frequency compression and noise reduction algorithm. Although CAEP has the potential to index aided speech detection and recognition abilities, and the influence of hearing aid technologies, there is still a long way towards using it as a clinical routine.
