摘  要:通过对某汽车线束中的一款双头接线片的冲压工艺进行分析,提出了冲孔、打筋、打凸、打扁、大小U形折弯等加工工艺,详细介绍了基于制件展开特征的4种排样设计方法并进行了方案优选,说明了模具的结构特点,重点阐述了弹顶式排废冲孔凸模、压料定位镶块、L状凸包上模设计等模具主要零件的设计。经生产实践证明:该模具结构合理、布局紧凑,冲压成形的制件质量可靠、生产效率高,能满足客户大批量生产的需求,对类似零件的级进模设计具有一定的参考价值。Through the analysis of the stamping process of a kind of double end wiring piece in a car wiring harness,the processing technology of punching,stiffening,convex,flat and size U-shaped bending is put forward.Four kinds of layout design methods based on the product development characteristics are introduced in detail and the scheme optimization is carried out.The structure characteristics of the die are explained.The design of the main parts of the die,such as the design of the piercing punch,the positioning insert of the pressing material and the upper die of the L-shaped convex hull,is expounded emphatically.The production practice has proved that the die structure is reasonable,the layout is compact,the quality of blanking parts is reliable and the production efficiency is high,which can meet the demand of mass production of customers,and has certain reference value for the progressive die design of similar parts.
