摘　　要：基于左右滑动臂两件共取的级进模设计实例,详细阐述了级进模设计的思路,以及实现两件共取的方案。通过具体案例的介绍,对模具设计过程中的排样设计、冲裁设计、半冲设计、毛刺处理、及出料设计等工序进行了详细的说明和介绍,同时两个不同部件共取的方案可以缩减成本、提高经济效益。对于同类部件的设计及加工起到一定的参考及指导作用。This article is based on arm around two in the progressive die design example,The idea of progressive die design and the scheme of realizing two pieces of co-access are described in detail.Through the introduction of specific cases in the die design process of layout design,blanking design,half punching design,burr treatment,and discharge design procedures were detailed description and introduction.The alternative of two different components can reduce costs and improve economic efficiency.For similar parts of the design and processing play a certain reference and guidance.
