摘  要:拨叉是变速箱换挡机构中的一个主要零件,使变速器获得换挡的动力。拨叉的质量要求较高,其中大头的大孔与小头腰型孔的中心距是主要检测项目之一。中心距检测一般是三坐标来检测,虽然精准,但是设备价格昂贵,检测流程较繁琐,检测周期长,还需专业人员操作,在拨叉零件有大批量需求、人力资源相对短缺的情况下,增加了拨叉检测的周期和成本。本项目设计专用量具,操作简单、方便快捷,检测效率高,检测成本低,检测质量高。The fork is a main part of the transmission shift mechanism,so that the transmission to get the power to shift.The quality requirement of fork is higher,and the center distance between the big hole of big head and the waist hole of small head is one of the main detection items.Center distance detection is generally measured in three coordinates.Although accurate,the equipment is expensive,the detection process is complicated,the detection cycle is long,and the operation of professional personnel is required.In the fork parts have a large number of demand,the relative shortage of human resources,increase the fork detection cycle and cost.This project designed a special measuring tol,simple operation,convenient and fast,high detection efficiency,low detection cost,high detection quality.
