摘 要:随着BIM技术在公路行业的发展,其在公路设计、施工及运营养护阶段等各阶段的应用价值都得到了充分的肯定,在应用领域及深度不断增加的同时,对BIM模型的精度和信息的丰富度也提出了更高的要求。对于公路桥梁各阶段的业务应用需求进行了系统性的研究,并根据各阶段业务应用需求制定了BIM模型包含的分类编码、设计信息及工程数量等信息标准,研究了公路常规桥梁BIM模型分解及构件层级划分规则,结合业务应用需求、信息标准、模型分解及构件层级划分规则提出了BIM模型结构化组织方法。该方法将BIM几何模型与模型属性分离开来,通过ID建立了几何模型与模型属性的对应关系,基于工程建设应用需求,创建了BIM模型实体结构分解方案及层级关系配置表,并基于此配置表创建了与其分解方案及节点层级关系相匹配的BIM模型,最终形成的BIM模型具有几何信息、属性信息及层级关系三大特性。结果表明:基于所述公路桥梁BIM模型结构化组织方法得到的BIM模型能够适应不同的BIM标准及不同业务需求,该方法的应用有利于构件层级关系的调整及BIM信息的扩展,能够为后续建立工作结构分解与BIM构件的对应关系,可为搭建公路桥梁管理系统数据库奠定良好的基础,较好地提高了BIM应用深度,可满足公路桥梁建设各阶段对BIM的应用需求。With the development of BIM technology in the highway industry, its application value in highway design, construction, operation and maintenance stages has been fully affirmed. While the application field and depth continue to increase, higher requirements are put forward for the precision of BIM model and the richness of information. A systematic study on the business application requirements of highway bridges at different stages is carried out. The information standards such as classification coding, design information and engineering quantities included in the BIM model are formulated according to the business application requirements at different stages. The BIM model decomposition and component hierarchy division rules for conventional highway bridges are studied. In combination with business application requirements, information standards, model decomposition and component hierarchy division rules, a BIM model structured organization method is proposed. This method separates the BIM geometric model from the model attribute, establishes the corresponding relationship between the geometric model and the model attribute through ID, creates the BIM model entity structure decomposition scheme and hierarchical relationship configuration table based on the engineering construction application requirements, and creates the BIM model which matching this decomposition scheme and node hierarchical relationship based on this configuration table. The final BIM model has the characteristics of geometric information, attribute information and hierarchical relationship. The result shows that the obtained BIM model based on the described structured organization method for highway bridge BIM model can adapt to different BIM standards and different business requirements, its application is conducive to the adjustment of the hierarchical relationship of components and the expansion of BIM information, it can establish the corresponding relationship between the work structure breakdown and BIM components for subsequent work, l
