摘 要:介绍了红外热成像检测技术在承压类特种设备领域应用的情况,对化工装置中的燃烧器、低温容器和塔式容器进行了红外成像检测应用。根据结果可知,目视宏观检查很可能造成较多的漏检,但是采用红外检测技术进行检测,可以很直观地找出许多因密封不严造成的能源浪费情况。对于低温设备,红外热像图可以直观感受跑冷的位置和程度,为保温修补提供尺寸指导;根据高热区域的形态,可以大致判断缺陷的类型和尺寸,重点对该区域进行壁厚检测和无损检测抽查。在操作过程中,建议对大型在用容器(如塔式容器)采用红外检测仪对容器整体进行一次360°扫查,针对发现的高热区域进行再次近距离检测比对,进而判断该位置的缺陷尺寸和类型,可以极大地提高检测效率。The application of infrared thermal imaging detection technology in the field of special pressure equipment was introduced. The application of infrared imaging detection to burners, cryogenic vessels and tower vessels in chemical plants was also introduced. According to the results, visual macro inspection was likely to produce many missed inspections, but the use of infrared detection technology could be very intuitive to find out a lot of energy waste caused by poor sealing. For low-temperature equipment, infrared thermography could intuitively feel the location and degree of cold running, providing dimensional guidance for thermal insulation repair.According to the shape of the high heat area, the type and size of the defect could be roughly judged, and the wall thickness detection and non-destructive testing of the area were emphasized. In the process of operation,it was recommended to use an infrared detector to conduct a 360° scanning of the whole container for large vessels in use(such as tower vessels), and conduct a close inspection and comparison again for the high heat area found, so as to judge the size and type of defects at this location, which could greatly improve the detection efficiency.
