浅谈移动式压力容器智慧监管公共服务平台的使用经验及建议

摘　　要：为了实现移动式压力容器设计、制造、检验、登记、监管、充装等多个环节的信息共享一体化的目标,从而保障其安全、平稳、高效运行,原国家质检总局特种设备局建立了全国移动式压力容器公共服务信息追溯平台(现改名为移动式压力容器智慧监管公共服务平台),真正实现了压力罐车、罐式集装箱、长管拖车的“链式”监管。浅谈了相关使用经验、遇到的问题以及对该平台的发展建议。In order to realize the integration of information sharing in the design, manufacturing, inspection,registration, supervision, filling and other aspects of mobile pressure vessels, so as to ensure its safe, stable and efficient operation, the Special Equipment Bureau of the former General Administration of Quality Inspection and Quarantine had established a national mobile pressure vessel public service information traceability platform(now renamed as the public service platform for smart supervision of mobile pressure vessels), which truly realized the "chain" supervision of pressure tank cars, tank containers, and long-tube trailers.
