摘 要:针对某炼化企业预加氢脱氯反应器首次定期检验中,油气入口接管堆焊层经渗透检测发现大量裂纹现象,分析了裂纹产生的原因,不锈钢焊缝堆焊层铁素体含量较低,设备在临氢环境中,抗裂纹能力减弱,堆焊层在焊接过程中由于焊接工艺不当,导致堆焊层组织耐蚀性降低,在使用过程中受到腐蚀介质的作用从而发生开裂。对堆焊层裂纹采取了打磨消除,将形成的凹坑进行补焊的处理方法,焊接返修过程中应严格控制堆焊层层间温度,消除了设备使用安全隐患。In the first periodic inspection of the pre-hydrogenation dechlorination reactor in a refinery, a large number of cracks were found in the surfacing layer of the oil and gas inlet nozzle through penetrant inspection, and the causes of the cracks were analyzed. The ferrite content of the stainless steel weld surfacing layer was low, and the crack resistance of the equipment was weakened in the hydrogen environment. Due to improper welding process during the welding process, the corrosion resistance of the surfacing layer structure was reduced, and cracks occured due to the action of corrosive medium during the use process. The cracks in the surfacing layer were removed by grinding and the pits formed are repaired by welding. During the welding repair process, the interlayer temperature of the surfacing layer should be strictly controlled, so as to eliminate the hidden danger of equipment use safety.
