摘 要:目的:了解新冠疫情期间某医学院学生在线学习情况及自主学习能力,探讨影响因素。方法:用在线学习情况调查表和大学生自主学习能力测评量表对某医学院在校生进行问卷调查。结果:有753人参与调查,本科生73.57%,男生30.68%。27.49%的学生没有电脑,25.63%的学生需要支付较高的网费,11.29%的学生喜欢线上教学方式。自主学习能力总得分(61.96±11.777)分,参与讨论情况、在线学习时长、按时完成学习计划、教师授课方式、线上学习条件、教师是否在线点评等对自主学习能力有影响(P<0.05)。结论:疫情期间医学生在线学习课程多,部分学生缺乏在线学习条件;自主学习能力总体尚可,学生参与教学活动、按时完成学习计划对自主学习能力的培养有促进作用。Objective: To understand the online learning and self-learning ability of students in a medical college during the pandemic period and explore the influencing factors. Methods: The students in a medical college were investigated with the Online Learning Questionnaire and the Self-regulated Learning Ability Assessment Scale of College Students. Results: 753 students participated in the survey, 73.57% of undergraduates, 30.68% of boys, 27.49% of students did not have computers, 25.63% of students needed to pay higher online fees, and 11.29% of students liked online teaching. The total score of autonomous learning ability is(61.96 ±11.777). The participation in discussion, the length of online learning, the completion of learning plan on time, the way teachers teach, the online learning conditions, and whether teachers comment online have an impact on autonomous learning ability(P<0.05). Conclusion: During the pandemic period, there are many online learning courses for medical students, and some students lack online learning conditions;The autonomous learning ability is generally acceptable, and students’ participation in teaching activities and timely completion of the learning plan can promote the cultivation of autonomous learning ability.
