摘  要:目的:研究豆腐柴叶蛋白对实验性2型糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用。方法:2020年9月~2020年12月在长沙医学院动物房开展实验,采用高脂饲料配合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素的方式构建实验性2型糖尿病小鼠模型,将造模成功的小鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组、豆腐柴叶蛋白高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。依照实验剂量分别灌胃给药6 w后(正常对照组和模型组给予等量蒸馏水),测定各组小鼠血清空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)等相关指标。结果:与模型组相比,不同浓度的豆腐柴叶蛋白干预的糖尿病小鼠FBG均显著降低[(7.35±0.72)mmol/L和(7.36±1.85)mmol/L和(6.35±0.52)mmol/L比(11.29±1.48)mmol/L]。治疗组的胰腺细胞形态规则,细胞数量增加;高剂量豆腐柴叶蛋白组最为明显,血清中TG和TC的释放量分别增加[(3.05±1.00)mmol/L和(1.32±0.47)mmol/L比(6.24±1.13)mmol/L和(2.08±0.57)mmol/L],各治疗组与模型组胰岛素水平相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:豆腐柴叶蛋白能稳定2型糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂,减轻胰岛细胞损伤与肾功能损伤,这可能与改善胰岛素抵抗有关。Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect of Tofu Leaf Protein on experimental type 2 diabetic mice.Method From September 2020 to December 2020,the experiment was carried out in the animal room of Changsha Medical University,an experimen­tal type 2 diabetic mouse model was established by high fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of Streptozocin,the model mice were randomly divided into normal control group,Diabetes Model Group,Tofu Leaf Protein high,medium and low dose groups,each group of 10.According to the experimental dose,after 6 weeks(normal control group and model group were given the same amount of distilled water),the relative indexes of fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)in the serum of each group were measured.Results Compared with the model group,the FBG of diabetes mice with different concentrations of Tofu leaf pro­tein significantly decreased[(7.35±0.72)mmol/L and(7.36±1.85)mmol/L and(6.35±0.52)mmol/L compared with(11.29±1.48)mmol/L].The pancreatic cells in the treatment group were regular in shape and the number of cells was increased,especially in the high-dose dosages of Tofu Leaf Protein group,The release of TG and TC in serum increased[(3.05±1.00)mmol/L and(1.32±0.47)mmol/L compared with(6.24±1.13)mmol/L and(2.08±0.57)mmol/L,respectively],there was no significant difference in insulin levels between the treatment groups and the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion Tofu Leaf Protein could stabilize blood FB-Gcose and blood lipid,alleviate the damage of islet cells and kidney function in type 2 diabetic mice,which may be related to the im­provement of insulin resistance.
