摘  要:服装、皮鞋等革制品已成为人们日常生活的必需品,然而其表面较差的抗菌性容易造成细菌和真菌的繁殖,不仅影响革制品的质量也给消费者健康带来威胁。在本研究中,利用带正电荷的聚乙二醇-接枝-壳聚糖聚合物和带负电荷的没食子酸改性纳米银在皮革表面进行层层组装,稳定构建了一种“三明治”型有机/无机复合抗菌涂层。复合涂层独特的“三明治”结构对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌都表现出高效的抗菌性;在洗涤30次后,该涂层的抗菌效率仍然能达到90%以上,呈现出优异的耐水洗性和稳定性。该“三明治”型有机/无机复合抗菌涂层有望成为一种理想的皮革表面抗菌涂层。Leather goods, such as leather clothing and leather shoes, have become the daily necessities of people, but the poor antibacterial property of their surfaces is easy to cause the reproduction of bacteria and fungi, which not only affects their quality but also brings a threat to the health of consumers. In this work, a "sandwich" type of organic/inorganic composite antibacterial coating was stably constructed by layer-by-layer assembly of positively charged polyethylene glycol-graft-chitosan polymer and negatively charged gallic acid modified silver nanoparticles on the leather surface. The unique sandwich structure of the composite coating showed high antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. After 30 times of washing, the antibacterial efficiency of the coating still reached more than 90%, indicating its excellent washable resistance and stability. The results show that the "sandwich" organic/inorganic composite antibacterial coating is expected to be an ideal antibacterial coating for leather surface.
