摘 要:针对溶剂型聚氨酯在合成革生产中有机溶剂大量挥发,污染环境和危害人体健康的问题,采用水性聚氨酯实现合成革产品的清洁化生产。研究了水性聚氨酯在合成革产品干法涂层成膜的生产工艺及工艺关键技术参数,获得了成膜机理、浆料粘度、涂饰间隙、生产车速、烘干温度和优选量助剂(即润湿剂和增稠剂)的工艺关键技术参数指标,实现了水性聚氨酯在干法涂层达到最佳成膜效果,为水性聚氨酯在合成革干法涂层中的生产应用提供了参考依据。In order to solve the problems of organic solvent volatilization, environmental pollution and human health hazards in the production of synthetic leather, waterborne polyurethane was used to realize the clean production of synthetic leather products. The production process and key technical parameters of waterborne polyurethane film formation in the coating layer of dry process line of synthetic leather products were studied. The key technical parameters of film formation mechanism,slurry viscosity, roll coating gap, production speed, drying temperature and optimal amount of additives(i.e., wetting agent and thickener) were obtained. The best film forming effect of waterborne polyurethane on dry coating was achieved, It provides a reference for the production and application of waterborne polyurethane in dry coating of synthetic leather.
