黄河流域绿色全要素生产率及影响因素研究

摘　　要：为全面衡量黄河流域经济增长与生态环境保护程度,本文通过构建评价指标体系并利用Malmquist指数测算并分解了黄河流域各省(区)的绿色全要素生产率,发现2003—2020年的绿色全要素生产率总体呈上升趋势,技术进步对绿色全要素生产率有拉动作用,而规模因素则相反。进一步研究发现,绿色全要素生产率在该地区出现σ趋同趋势,城镇化水平、金融化水平和研发投入对其具有正向影响,知识产权保护、服务业发展水平和能源结构具有负向影响。基于上述结论,本文从提高技术效率、完善要素市场化配置、促进城镇化水平和改善能源结构等方面对黄河流域实现高质量发展提出建议。In order to comprehensively measure the economic growth and the degree of ecological environmental protection in the Yellow River Basin,this paper measures and decomposes the green total factor productivity of the provinces in the Yellow River Basin by constructing an evaluation index system and using the Malmquist index.It is found that the green total factor productivity from 2003 to 2020 is generally on the rise.Technological progress has a pulling effect on green total factor productivity,while the scale factor has a dragging effect.Further study of the influencing factors of green total factor productivity finds that the level of urbanization,financialization and R&D investment has a positive impact on the overall green total factor productivity of the Yellow River Basin withσconvergence trend,while intellectual property protection,service industry development level and energy structure have a negative impact.Based on the above conclusions,four suggestions are put forward for the realization of high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin from the aspects of improving technical efficiency,improving the system and mechanism of each province,promoting the level of urbanization and improving the energy structure.
