摘  要:刚果金开赛桥为40m+80m+40m的钢–混凝土组合连续梁桥,采用顶推施工方案,为减小钢梁挠度,避免施工过程中产生的应力过大,经比选选用30 m塔斜拉式施工方案。顶推施工中设置临时墩、斜拉体系、导梁等临时结构,进行多点同步连续顶推,采用导梁迎墩技术、纠偏技术和竖向标高调整技术,完成了钢梁的顶推施工,确保了施工安全。Kinkaisai bridge in Congo is 40 m+80 m+40 m steel-concrete composite continuous beam bridge,and adopts the jacking construction scheme.In order to reduce the deflection of steel beams and avoid excessive stress in the construction process,the 30 m tower cable-stayed construction scheme is selected after comparison.In the jacking construction,temporary structures such as temporary piers,diagonal tension systems and guide beams were set up to carry out multi-point simultaneous and continuous jacking.The jacking construction of steel beams is completed by using the technology of guide beam to meet pier,deviation correction and vertical elevation adjustment,which ensures the construction safety.
