摘 要:以苏州某超大深基坑工程实例为研究对象,对深基坑围护设计和施工方案的设计全过程进行研究,通过动态优化及验证,发现中心岛式基坑支护方法具有明显优势。不仅可以降低工程造价,还可以提高中心岛主体结构的施工进度。同时项目基坑围护设计细节的优化也可以带来较大的成本节约。最后,结合工程实际监测数据验证了方案的可行性和经济性。Taking an example of a very large deep foundation pit project in Suzhou as the research object, the whole design process of deep foundation pit enclosure design and construction scheme is studied, and through dynamic optimization and verification, it is found that the central island type foundation pit support method has obvious advantages. Not only it will reduce the cost of the project, but it will also improve the construction schedule of the main structure of the central island.At the same time the optimization of the project pit enclosure design details can also lead to large cost savings. Finally, the feasibility and economy of the scheme is verified by combining the actual monitoring data of the project.
