摘　　要：东南亚某机场工程采用美国FAA建设标准,根据东南亚地区的使用习惯以及对飞机着陆滑跑、滑行过程中旅客舒适程度的考虑,在60%初步设计中道面结构确定为P401(热拌沥青面层)+P403(热拌沥青基层)组成;在100%设计阶段,应以总体规划、60%初步设计为依据,进行限额设计;在充分理解D&B总承包合同约定的同时,根据工程所在地建筑材料的产能分布及供应情况进行分析,利用价值工程原理,保证功能不变或者增加的前提下,降低建设成本,以控制项目全寿命周期成本风险。In the 60 % preliminary design, the road surface structure was determined to be P401(hot-mix asphalt surface layer) + P403(hot-mix asphalt base layer), based on the usage habits of the Southeast Asian region and the comfort level of passengers during the landing and taxiing process. In the 100 %design stage, the limit design should be based on the master plan and 60 % preliminary design. While fully understanding the general contract of D&B, this paper analyzes the production capacity distribution and supply of construction materials in the location of the project, and uses the principle of value engineering to reduce construction costs and control the cost risk of the whole life cycle of the project on the premise of ensuring the same or increased functions.
