摘　　要：在旧工业建筑改造升级时,通常都希望保留原始建筑风格,而屋盖保留需求较为罕见。通过工程实例,针对废弃厂房屋盖保留的改造升级需求,介绍了托梁换柱施工技术,旨在延续城市特色风貌,保留地域工业建筑风格,传承城市历史文脉,推进绿色发展理念。结合原工业建筑实际情况、规划文件及相应规范要求探索对原屋盖保留的方案设计及施工技术,总结经验,为同类工业建筑改造升级提供参考。When the old industrial buildings are reconstructed and upgraded,they usually want to retain the original architectural style,while the need for roof retention is rare.Through the project example,in view of the reconstruction and upgrading needs of retaining the roof of the abandoned factory building,this paper introduces the construction technology of joist and column replacement,aiming at continuing the urban characteristic style,retaining the regional industrial building style,inheriting the historical context of the city,and promoting the concept of green development.In combination with the actual situation of the original industrial buildings,planning documents and corresponding specification requirements,explore the scheme design and construction technology for retaining the original roof,summarize experience,and provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of similar industrial buildings.
