摘　　要：规范培训是护理操作的重点项目,为了增强实习人员的护理水平,提高专业技能,设计一种基于HLA的护理标准化操作仿真培训系统。设计包括制定培训方案,选取教材,确定培训模式。将高层服务体系划分为联邦管理、时间管理、数据分发管理等六大服务类型,利用变尺度动态网格法过滤系统冗余数据,确保信息传输时间最短;探究HLA结构,明确系统开发在不同阶段的任务,采用组播形式设置系统通信流程;将仿真系统分为多个子系统,分别设计理论学习、观看演示、交互操作与考试测评四大功能,添加管理员、培训者与学习者三个角色,定义不同角色的主要职责。仿真实验证明,该系统能够提高学习者护理标准化能力,增加学习兴趣,积累更多临床经验。Standardized training is a key project of nursing operation. In order to enhance the nursing level of interns and improve their professional skills, a simulation training system of nursing standardized operation based on HLA is designed. We make the training plan, select the teaching materials, determine the training mode. The high level service system is divided into six service types, such as federal management, time management, data distribution management, and the variable scale dynamic grid method is used to filter the redundant data of the system, so as to ensure the shortest information transmission time. We also explore the HLA structure, clarify the tasks of the system development in different stages, and set up the system communication in the form of multicast. The simulation system is divided into several subsystems, which include four functions of theoretical learning, watching demonstration, interactive operation and examination evaluation. Three roles of administrator, trainer and learner are added to define the main responsibilities of different roles. Simulation experiments show that the system can improve the ability of nursing standardization, increase learning interest and accumulate more clinical experience.
